Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs

The room was clean, especially the bathroom and the sheets.

There was a little bit of disrepair, and the curtains were hanging a little wrong.

Beautifully located on the edge of Fall River. Even though it is on a main road the rooms were quiet.

Under the sofa bed had trash from the previous guest. The toilet seat was loose and when I went to tighter it there was several layers of old sticky pee on the bolts.

Great location. Easy access to everything we needed.

The shower was lacking a proper way to keep the water in the shower itself (walk-in, roll-in type as a handicap bathroom). Even with the curtain placed properly, the water flooded the bathroom floor and was headed to the door to the entry. Fortunately we caught it in time so that it didn’t get on the carpet. The floor slopes the wrong way and did not keep the water in the shower stall. However, management was kind and sent staff to provide new towels. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner nor soap in the bathroom area. This was also taken care of promptly by management once we informed them. Breakfast: no sausage or bacon. Scrambled eggs (they were out when we went and no visible staff to ask to refill it), coffee was also empty. Waffles available, prepackaged muffins, sugar cereals and yogurt. We chose to go to town and get coffee (gotta have coffee!).

The pool was not exceptional but it was clean. There was also a much needed hot tub. Breakfast was good for where we were.

I had to pay extra when checking in. Hidden charges/fees piss me off no matter how small because it feels dishonest. The clerk did not understand I was asking for more towels for the pool area so we had to reuse our room towels when showering. There was several of us and only 2 towels. The shower took forever to get hot but was hot once it did.
