Hobee's was the main attraction and reason for selecting this specific location. I wanted to reconnect with Sunnyvale for nostalgia, its good location and value. Further, I'm a former employee of this property as I worked its Front Desk decades ago. I know thatvit has been well maintained and managed for years has been renovated and clean. I chose it for sentimental reasons.
I cannot blame management for quality of life issues. I was given a room way out in the rear. My neighbors were loud, boisterous, perhaps even felons or other transients who disturbed every occupant. Although I chose the room for only 1 night Police responded to the room adjacent mine throughout a 24 hour period to prevent violence or lawlessness. Males, females, abusive loud and foul language, several incidents requiring police action. The neighbors showed great disrespect and swag for Officers. They ought to have been evicted.

It’s conveniently by the highway and there are convenient restaurants near by.
The lighting in the room was confusing. The building was incredibly noisy and the water pressure out of the hand sink was strong or off, no in between. No miniature conditioner or shampoo.
