The property is in a great location. The rooms are large and well stocked. The pricing is pretty good! The bed is fairly comfortable and the room lay out is great.
The bathroom shower was re-caulked (what looks like) hundreds of times. The paint is peeling in the bathroom and primary living area. The drains did not drain at all rate fast enough to keep up with the water. So there was always an inch or two of water in the tub and sink. The floor was damp feeling to the point where I worse socks the whole time I was there as I couldn’t be certain the floor was clean, though it did appear clean. It just didn’t feel clean.
