The location of the hotel.
I had to ask three times for housekeeping to clean my room and change the towels.

It has an enclosed pool area, front desk staff was great and helpful.
Pool was green and looked dirty the two days I was there. There were stains on bed cover (which was requested to be changed and wasn’t) food stuck to floor, fresh spilled coffee in desk drawer.
