The staff was phenomenal! Every single one were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! The entrance and lobby were amazing! We really enjoyed the look and feel of it all.
The rest of the hotel is great! The pool, the exercise room, the lobby, the bar.
Until you get to the rooms. The rooms definitely need a facelift. The patterned carpet acts like a kaleidoscope and hurts your eyes if your in the room too long. There were stains in the carpet and on the couch from previous visit Igor’s. The freezer to the mini fridge doesn’t work. When you take a shower, you’re basically left with a whole tub full of water because it doesn’t drain. My children slept on the pull out coach. When you pull it out the mattress cover was stained and had so many holes on it. Not a good look. For the way the rest of the hotel looked and the price. I definitely expected more from the rooms I would be laying my families head in.

Breakfast, social hour, and staff
Hotel was older and a lot of carpet and furniture needed replaced. Sidewalk leading up to hotel in bad shape.

The was ok, the room was none smoking. I could tell they had smokers previously. I came because of my daughers college orientation. I only had two was clothes. She wanted to stay in the suite. They did provide sheets. But didn't provide cover for pull out bed. Also I found something that look like nicotine on the bed.
The room needs to be shampooed and cleaned from cigarettes smoke
