The staff were all polite and friendly, the room was decent sized and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Also the shower had great water pressure and everything was clean. The welcome cookies were a nice surprise and were delicious!
The only negative was that breakfast wasn’t included. $15 per person for a pretty average breakfast buffet, we’ve stayed at hotels where it is complimentary and was bigger than what we paid for.

We enjoyed a few meals during our stay that were very good.
After checkout, I noticed a double charge for the room cost, plus a double charge for a $100 deposit. After several calls to the hotel, which provided the paid bill after checkout showing the correct room charge amount minus the extra $100 deposit. However, my online credit card statement showed two total room charges with the extra $100 on each total amount. I called Booking.com to report the error, but they needed to see the hotel bil. A call to my bank credit card Customer Service revealed the duplicate charge dated 9/2/2026 was removed. However, the other amount entered on 8/30/2026 when we checked in, with the extra $100 deposit added on to the room bill, is still showing on my VISA statement. I want the $100 refunded to my account. How can this be done?

Very little.
An item was left behind in our room. We discovered it was missing when we arrived home. A search of our luggage, cars and house revealed it was left in our hotel room. The lost and found / housekeeping was lax in responding. Someone in the staff has our item. We will stay elsewhere next visit to this area.
