The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, well maintained, and spacious. The rooftop bar/restaurant is excellent, staff was friendly, drinks were great.
I had told the front desk that one of the minibar items had been consumed prior to us staying in the room as soon as we checked in. They assured me that they would note this and I would not be charged. When I arrived home a charge was added to my card that I can only assume was the beverage in question. Tried calling them to confirm, and there is no answer at the hotel.

I loved the hotel, room and location.
I didn't like the fact that they charged me for using the mini bar when in fact I came there with my own liquor.

I liked the location and staff.
A few days later I saw I was charged a separate fee of $39. Initially when I called to question a charge I was told it was for use of the mini bar.
I informed the person I brought my own liquor to hotel. Later, the person called back and said it was just taxes and hotel fees. Needless to say it will be last last visit here. Nobody has time for BS. I know I don't.

Locked out of room, didn't get refund of deposit yet. If you take money on the spot you need to settle customs on the spot.
