breakfast was great lots of choices to eat and well made delicious food. our room was actually 3 rooms. one room had a king-size bed, the second room had two single beds. the third room had a couch (probably a hide-a-bed}, table an chair and a frig. There was also a closet. all this space for the price of a normal single room, We were there on a Tuesday night so maybe the price is different on a football Saturday, Wonderful location across the street from Notre Dame University. There is a paved walking path to the University and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the central campus.
They were working on doors so there was a small amount of construction noise.

Nice room layout, good location.
The toilet in my room broke twice and no concession was made.
