Easy to get in and out
The bed was rough, it felt like you were lying on the springs.
The room has some rough places in the wallpaper from door hitting it and spills.

Customer Service from front desk clerk not Mike.
The bed was hard as a rock!!! The outside patio furniture was torn, filty, sun damaged. A very bad first impression if I was'nt there years prior when it was cleaner and more vibrant.
