The closeness to the park
Parking. Website didn’t say parking was extra fee. Room had carpet that seemed not really clean. No microwave either.

The workers are extremely nice & very helpful!
Hotel room looked kind of dirty due to seeing stains on bed and on curtains.

Close to stores within walking distance
Staff was not clear about parking. That had us park in the wrong area and then had to go back out to move.

I love how close the property is to Disneyland
There was a terrible smell on our floor for two days and the room next to mine had over 12 people staying in it and they yelled and fought quite a bit. I did mention this to the staff and they did nothing about it nor did they follow up with me
