I UNFORTUNATELY, RESERVED THROUGH BOOKING,COM REQUESTED A KING DELUX RIVER VIEW RM. JUST TO ARRIVE AND BE TOLD THERE ARE NONE AVAILABLE AND THATS NOT WHAT MY RESERVATION SHOWS. YOUR PERSON THEN TELLS ME SHE WILL PUT ME IN A RM W/A FOUNTAIN VIEW, JUST TO GET TO THE RM LOOKING OUT ON TOP OF A DIRTY BLDG. WENT BACK DOWN AND A WONDERFUL YOUNG MAN WAS ABLE TO PUT ME IN A QUEEN RIVER VIEW, IN WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED. YOU ALL SHOULD STOP ADV THRU BOOKING.COM. THEY ARE NOT TRUTHFUL
STOP ADVERTISING THROUGH BOOKING.COM BECAUASE WHAT THEY PROMISE AND GET PAID FOR IS NOT WHAT YOU GET UPON ARRIVAL. I WILL NEVER RESERVE THROUGH THEM AGAIN.

The burger place they have in there has amazing food!
The place feels dated and dirty. It needs a refresh and that nasty carpet taken up. Also the bed was like sleeping on bricks.
