Travis was at the front desk to check us in. He was so friendly, inviting, and just a breath of fresh air after a long day driving. He gave us recommendations for dinner options. He is the person you want to welcome you to the hotel
I think $75.00 for a pet is a bit extreme. We have paid that at nice resorts, but not at a moderate hotel. We will probably stay at another hotel when traveling through Pocatello in the future that is just as nice but doesn't overcharge for pets.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy location off the freeway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The price. I found $275 a night to be very expensive.
