I love South Springfield. Chesterfield is a hidden gem of Springfield. This hotel is right off of James River!
It has been two years since I have stayed here and things have went downhill a bit. The man working the front desk needs to work on his people
Skills a lot. He not only offended me but every other guest I saw him interact with.
I mentioned I need a downstairs room because my son is in a wheelchair and there is no elevator and at least 4 times he told me they don’t have to have an elevator. Ok…. But I need a downstairs room. The room was moldy it smelled awful. He gave me a bottle of spray to spray on the carpets! It did not help. We dealt with it though. I will continue to choose this hotel for now but I hope to see improvements next time!
