I always stay at the best Western when I go to Frankfurt to visit my son at school. This time around, I was glad that they put me in the front and not the back. Also, the room was better. It was very clean. The only thing that went wrong was the plumbing. There was an issue with flushing the bathroom however other than that, it was definitely a pleasant day.
Again, the plumbing issues that they were having

Clean
Very dated, our beds were very uncomfortable. Mattresses need to be replaced.

The location near I64 is very convenient. The pool was great for our grandchildren. Nice breakfast and great staff
We had a problem with the shower but the staff said they would look into it

The breakfast was very good
They came to clean our room but we didn't leave yet so we asked them to come back later and they never came back that day. We also thought some parts of the room needed to be updated
