Price, location, convenient.
Bathroom needs major update. Floors were filthy. Obviously sloppy cleaning, major crud build up. Disgusting lack of normal sanitation.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was good for the cost.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low for my liking. The outside appearance is a little rough but they are remodeling so I can understand that.

The staff were friendly. The overall stay was okay.
I didn't like the location. We woke up to crowds of homeless people nearby, within 20 feet of the rooms.
