Great location, FANTASTIC view. Sitting on the balcony, looking over the bay, your cares and stress just melts away!
The room set up is fabulous; two separate rooms; one living, one sleeping.
It was all good!

The cookies were a bonus. All staff members were friendly and went out of thier way to help with questions.
The breakfast was very good with a staff person there to help with anything, she was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome.
When the air conditioner was running it blew fright on us when we were in bed.,when we tried turning it down, it got so hot.

Loved the location and friendly staff. Especially the staff in the breakfast room.
We were in a suite and it was very disappointing. Just a slightly larger room. There also was an adjoining door where the person in the next room stood and talked on her phone late at night. You could hear the whole conversation. Maybe more insulation?

The view was great, and the outdoor hot tub was excellent. The hot breakfast was also very good, and well maintained.
The people at the front desk were great.
I arrived with a reservation from two weeks earlier, and had to wait from 7 to 8:30 pm to have a maid clean our room, as the front desk told us it wasn't ready. The carpet in the room had multiple stains. Some of the room towels had stains. In six nights, we never once got maid service.
