Staff was friendly but unaware of our online check-in so we had to go through a check-in process in person anyway. Toilet bowl didn't look clean which caused me to question the cleanliness of other things. It seemed ok.
Room was expected to be accessible. The staff claimed it was accessible at check-in. The only thing accessible was some hand rails in the bathroom. It did not have a roll-in shower as pictured on booking.com and the beds were too tall for my companion, who is in a wheelchair, to get onto.
