We added an extra roll-away bed to our room. It was actually the most comfortable roll-away bed I have ever sat upon. Really comfortable.
The Picadilly has a lot going for it. Clean, great location, well priced.
We needed an 'accessible' room for a mobility impaired individual. We also needed 2 beds in the room. We chose Piccadilly because it was a rare place where I could order both 2 beds and 'accessible'.When we arrived, we learned that they had given away all of the double & 'accessible' rooms.
The quick thinking, problem-solving, front office person offererd us a K size 'accessible' room with a roll-away bed. Great!. However, the changes made to the bathroom to call it 'accessible' were pretty much useless for our needs.
There was a bathtub instead of a shower, which she could not enter. However, they do provide a shower chair that one can place in the tub and then try to siton from the side, but it was too difficult to use.
The support bar near the toilet to help her to be able to get up and of the toilet, was behind the toilet, so completely useless.
The large K sized bed was not very comfortable. I actually had the better bed using the roll-away bed tyhat had a great mattress.
Finally, the room was pretty cold and there are thin blankets pn the beds. We asked for 2 extra blankets and were informed, "If I can find any, we'll send them up." Nothing arrived.

The shuttle was convenient
Our bed had a huge sway to it, we had a king bed and had 3 small pillows.

The room appeared clean. However, all the flooring needs cleaning/replacement . I felt like I was walking on dirt.
