Location. And I like the shuttle service, which is shared with other nearby hotels. Room was clean and in good repair.
The listing here clearly says coffee makers in the rooms. When I asked I was informed none of the rooms have coffee makers. But the machine in the breakfast area is on 24/7.
Bathroom supplies are pretty bare-bones. Only bar soap and little bottle of shampoo/conditioner mix.
Disappointing breakfast: only available protein is cream cheese?

Nothing. It’s a nasty dump.
Everything! It was pretty damned filthy. It felt as if my sheets were clean, but I wasn’t sure. Maybe the facility is just so old that if someone cleans something, you really can’t tell?
