The friendly staff, the hotel cleanliness, the breakfast and overall a good experience.
The parking lot is a tight fit with larger vehicles but it worked out.

Really like the location of the property as it was just off of I 90 also there were several places to eat around the hotel and plenty of good places in Ashtabula a short ride away. The staff was excellent from the check-in to check out and all the in-between. We found them very responsive to our needs and always present for us. Use the workout room. It was very well set up with equipment and the TV worked fine. Did not use the pool this trip but will certainly do so next trip also like the fact that there was a RV charger for our electric car that we could plug into in the back of the hotel.

Location was good for us, going to wineries and cover bridges. Also it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good for our needs.
Really can’t think of anything, maybe the elevator was slow????,

It was in a convenient location.
The property was old, and not well maintained or updated. The refrigerator in our room smelled like a dead animal and had not been cleaned in a long time. The hotel upcharged the weekend because of a swim meet. Not worth over $200 a night at all!
