Close proximity to Shenandoah easy on off Rte 81
A little updating needs to be done. The bathroom door was chipped up and peeling paint badly. The pillows were horrible

The hotel looked and smelled clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Costa coffee available 24/7.
I prefer bar soap in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly. The location was convenient. The breakfast was good.
The room was old and dated. The curtains and shades on the window were broken so you could not open to let light in. The handicap shower was ok, except the shower arm was loose and you could not hold in place very easily. The TV was out for the few few hours we were there but in fairness someone was working on it and did get it repaired.
