The location is great, great, and a walkable area. The restaurant at the top was fantastic amazing food and service
We checked in and was given a room on the 3rd 312 floor that smelled of smoke with a very poor view and next to the BOH door, I returned to the desk and was given another room on the 1619 was disappointed in getting an ADA room after experiencing the 1st room. The bed was old and very low to the floor. The AC unit made continuous rattling, which woke my wife throughout the night.

Location and friendliness of staff
Toiletries were not good. Room did not seem to cool down very much. Husband was hot most of night.

Location.
No room service. And for 4 nights we didn’t get the room cleaned. Same towels for 4 nights. Same sheets. Very bad. Even though we asked the second day for the service.
