Great location, friendly staff, very dog friendly, and nice amenities.
No air conditioning, hot tub and pool were closed while we were there and the hot water ran out quickly.

The room we booked based upon photographs was made to look much larger and spacious.
Looks like photos were taken with fish eye lens.
The restaurant was closed; only a coffee shop in Lobby.
The coffee in the Lobby was unavailable past 7 am
There were no spa appointments available to book while at the resort
The sauna and jaccuzi in the locker rooms were not working
The pool was out of order .

"Beautiful location and beautiful property. Loved that it was located so close to the gondola, as we rode it up to Allred’s for dinner. The suite was massive for 2 people."
