The gentleman on desk duty when I checked in was fantastic, friendly, and fun. He made the check in process easy and simple. The room itself was clean and tidy, and adjusting the AC was simple enough. The breakfast was really good: waffles had 2 different flavors, plus typical eggs and bacon and potatoes with cereal and fruit options. Everything tasted great and food was brought out regularly. Check out was surprisingly late at 12pm, which was nice--altho I checked out much earlier. It was also close to the school where my conference was being held and near some great restaurants, so location was very convenient for me. I would book this hotel again.
The bed was pretty firm. I prefer a soft mattress. My laptop never connected to the wifi, so that was a bummer, but I could access Netflix and Disney+ from the tv in the room. Note there is a semi sketchy gas station next door which had a homeless person, but I had no issues or problems--just something to keep in mind.

Check in was easy, friendly front desk staff. Pool option was great. Complimentary breakfast was substantial.
The AC unit made strange noises all night which made it difficult to go to sleep and even woke us in the night. I meant to report to staff at check out but I forgot. Room 528 We planned to use the pool in the morning but it had to be shocked so it wasn't available.
