Location and staff

Location is perfect! Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
It was pretty pricey for a motel with no other accommodations such as breakfast, free parking, valet/concierge. Second level guests have to walk set of stairs so travel light or request to stay on first floor.

Location of this hotel was excellent, walking distance to town and close to the Loretto Chapel which prompted this trip. Room was great with coffee and snacks.
The shower configuration was wonky. You had to step into the shower to turn it on as the side where the valve is, the glass panel is fixed. So you get a nice blast of cold water and there is no way around it. Secondly, the shower soaps. You have to squeeze the bottle real hard and for ppl with grip-strength issues, you can't get soap or shampoo out of them. Thirdly, husband mentioned the AC remote which was not easy to use despite the front desk clerk giving us a tutorial. I still rate the property high due to its fabulous location and would stay there again.

Location can’t be beat. Renovations of exterior are great
The room was Motel 8 level. Cheap carpet, fixtures, laminate peeling off windows, no door to the bedroom in our suite, bathroom door didn’t work properly. Insulting for the price we paid
