Everything!

The room was perfect for our short trip. The breakfast was covering all our needs with the waffle machine. The overall level of the place stands high for a Motel. It was clean without much to complain about.
- A single fly was found in the room.
- There was no good movies on TV.
- The coffee was not the type I like, no cappuchino.
- The breakfast had limited options but it could increase the cost to improve that point.

Remodelled rooms with balcony and a beautiful view of fall colors changing leaves over the pond
Most of the room was remodelled - except the bathroom door frame and door which looked shabby unfortunately and black stuff on the base of it. Such a shame, because the rest of the room looked great.
