Great customer service. Overall it was a great experience.
The bathtub was dirty and needed to be cleaned.

The location was great. The lobby looks nice and inviting.
Pool area was closed. The door to the garage was not working. The ac works by would turn off and on. I’m used to the fan staying on even the ac is turned off, so it would wake us up at night. Also, there’s quite the slope in the floor. It didn’t affect the bed thank goodness. It was just kind of funny to walk uphill to get to the bed.

Amazing location
Unfortunately almost everything. The elevator took forever to bring you up. Everything was a bit dated and no breakfast. Staff was okay but not really nice.
