Staff was expecting me to come and was prepared for me. They understood my disability and gave me a room on the 1st floor to accommodate my needs.
Everyone was very kind.
Nothing I can think of

The size of the room and the comfort of the beds
The beds where a little too high for a person in a wheelchair. Just a suggestion, maybe get lower bed frames for people that are disabled and can't get out of the wheelchair to climb into bed easily. And possibly taller toilets in the bathrooms, the one that was in the room was standard size.

It was very clean and felt safe. Bedding and comforters and pillows were clean, soft and comfortable. Free breakfast was made to order and delicious. Staff was friendly and professional.
