Breakfast was overcrowded. There was no way to eat comfortably.
The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and uninviting

The accessibility to downtown and the ability to walk to restaurants and bars around without requiring us to drive.
There were a few parts of the room we found to not be clean, like behind our mini fridge in room 219 have a pair of dirty underwear and swim shorts, along with garbage. Other than that it was okay.

Nice clean beds and great location.
Extremely expensive and wouldn’t accept Marriott Bonvoy AARP or AAA for discount upon arrival. Front desk never very friendly. Poor lighting. Room not the cleanest (found toenail clipping on floor). Terrible breakfast, out of almost everything except cereal.
