Everything was very clean. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. The bistro cafe in the main lobby was delicious and convenient.
The bathroom had a little bit of a strange smell to it. The bath towels had a minor musty smell to them. We were not happy with the housekeeping service. We were there 3 nights and never had our room cleaned even once. We had to go to the front desk 2-3 times during our stay to ask for things such as more towels, coffee cups. We ran out of Kleenex on our last day and almost ran out of toilet paper.

The staff here is super friendly. The lobby area and Bistro are very nice with lots of seating. The Bistro was handy for a nice, tasty meal and drink that we didn’t have to go far to get. We had a king suite that was extra comfortable and clean. We brought our dinner up to the room and ate on the balcony.
There is not a complimentary breakfast, but the Bistro serves a good breakfast at a fair price. The in-room refrigerator didn’t have a freezer section, but the staff took our cooler ice packs to the Bistro for us so they could refreeze them for us.

Proximity to event I was attending
Hardest most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. No Microwave in room. Non working receptacles. TV remote broke. Coffee machine broke. Only hotel I’ve stayed in that had no coffee for guests in the lobby.
