The hotel was conveniently located and affordable food options were a short drive away. Our room had a large balcony with two chairs which we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet that was included in the room fee was nice.
My only complaint was that the leather desk chair in our room had clearly been used by a smoker, and sitting down in it made the entire room smell like smoke. (I suspect someone took it out onto the balcony to smoke and that's why it smelled so smokey.)

Condition of the premises is spotty

Breakfast was ordinary and minimal. Better to lower the expectations.
Sound insulation. Could have been better.
