Post Oak Inn

The motel is in a good location and it was quiet. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

The room was dated and the mattress could be replaced. Overall I was satisfied with my stay.

It’s a cute little hotel, although nothing particularly fancy or extraordinary. What really sets this place apart is the amazing staff! I accidentally booked the wrong date and had already paid for the room. The mistake was entirely mine, and I fully expected to have to pay for another night. However, Roger at the front desk assured me they would change my reservation, even though they were under no obligation to do so. What impressed me even more was that when I arrived several days later, Roger immediately remembered me and our conversation. Despite there being no notes or record of our arrangement in the system, he honored his word without hesitation. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine customer service these days. The hotel itself may not be anything to write home about, but the people working there certainly are. Roger turned what could have been a frustrating and expensive mistake into a wonderful experience. That’s the kind of service that earns repeat business!
