The front desk clerk was so nice
Breakfast was taken down 30 minutes earlier than the time it was supposed to be and there was no meats provided

Room was very clean and nice. The shower felt amazing and we enjoyed our time at the room. We were in town for a concert and it was perfect.
The only complaint that I have is the house keeper knocked on our door check out morning at 9:00am when check out was at 12. She knocked very lightly with a card and said housekeeping but before I could get to the door she opened the door. We had the block thing out so she couldn't get in but still not ok!

Everything was great. Food was excellent. Had a very nice stay
They stated that the indoor pool was heated. It wasn't. Very cool
Didn't clean room daily only every third day

Cookies were good! Easy to get where I was going
Walls are paper thin. We could hear conversations in rooms around us. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Toilet seat rough, towel rack coming off wall, tub scuffed up. Breakfast had no meat.
