We were in town for a sold out concert. Others, staying at different properties, were losing their reservations in the days leading up to the event but we did not experience that with this hotel. I called twice in the weeks leading up to the concert as well as the day of and everyone I spoke to were very nice and helpful. The staff who checked us in were also very nice and welcoming.
