Very clean and pleasant
We didn’t have a car so the location wasn’t so good for us for shopping

Service was outstanding. The gentleman that checked us in was outstanding. He was very friendly and asked us what floor and location we preferred which we have never been asked before.
Our room was clean, modern and very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet food was not to our liking. We felt that the offerings were "full of sugar" apart from pre-made omelettes. We are from Australia and prefer more healthy breakfast foods.

The room was very clean and comfortable.
The bed was a little too firm and caused some circulation issues in my shoulders and hips.

Large room with a balcony.
Very noisy hotel, at least my room anyway. I also did not appreciate being charged for parking when there appears to be ample space at this location.
