The location was great, room was very comfortable, and staff was super friendly.
I needed to check in early and called the hotel a dozen times but the phone would ring until I was disconnected. I even contacted booking.com to request early check in and customer service said they also couldn’t get a hold of the hotel and I was out of luck. When we did arrive we swam in the pool and it appeared to have feces in it. I notified staff who thought we were lying but later shut the entire pool down.
