Location to restaurants
The underground parking was really tight with spaces. And it was a challenge to get from the parking structure to the main lobby.

Your breakfast staff was rude and hateful. They would not give me coffee even though my breakfast was paid for when I paid for my room.
I was over charge for my parking. I was told it was 25.00 a day for parking and I had to pay 30.00. I was charged 109.00 and then my card was charged another 60.00 but the transaction was declined cause I purposely gave a card that would be over limit if they tried to charge for something I did not get.
