Great location as it is near the mall and allows for easy access to the metro to downtown Miami or Bayside. Location also granted easy access to various delis and restaurants. Check in process was easy and Charles in reception was truly great in providing any assistance or general inquiries about activities to do in Miami as he was very knowledgeable. Wifi was excellent for working remotely. Facilities were super clean and spacious. Staff were always super helpful. Facility is great for families with small children as they also offer suites. We will definitely be returning.
Food at the restaurant could be better as it was really simple, so we had to keep having dinner off property and they closed pretty early.
