The property was nice. The staff was cordial. Unfortunately I had no maid service, I guess maybe I was supposed to ask for it. I’ve never had to ask for a room to be cleaned and supplies stocked, so I’m not sure if that’s how it works at this place. The room was nice, but I had my dog and paid extra for him so a first floor room would have been much better. The included breakfast was good.. not great.
The rooms close to mine were pretty loud with people partying late into the night.
I’d have appreciated daily maid service, and at least clean towels daily. When I leave early in the day and get back after dinner, I’m not calling to have my room cleaned when I’m finally back and need to relax and rest after a long day out.
A first floor room would have been appreciated and the front desk associate saw my dog so he knew he was older and stairs might be an issue. He could have asked.

Everything about this place is brilliant, the room, with full size kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, extra towels too, perfect, and spotlessly clean.
Bed was very comfortable, extra pillow, sheet, blanket.
Decent breakfast, refreshments all day long, free popcorn.
Lovely lounging area with fire pit and comfortable seating.
Pool with loungers, chairs, tables.
Gym and launderette.
Lovely lake on site.
5 mins drive into shopping area, 20 minutes into nashville.

Location. Breakfast was good.
Very outdated. The first room smelled like smoke. The second did a little and was very musty. The door lock stopped working, the fridge broke down. Very loud with neighbors coming and going at all hours. The TV was from the 90s with no streaming and very little channels. We had to watch our iPads the entire time.
