The best part about this hotel is the proximity to the casinos without staying at the casinos. We could walk to the casinos and walk back which was great. The amenities in the room were good. There was a fridge, microwave and some utensils and plates.
Upon checking in, we were told there was construction. While it was the weekend, and pretty quiet, we get to our room and our view was mostly blocked by the scaffolding. Also, our room was a LONG ways from our check in. Another building and near the end of a long hallway. There was the cost of the room, which was not cheap, but also the cost of the valet which added another $45. This valet cost was a surprise. Maybe it stated it somewhere at booking but did not notice it.

The room was of good size, very clean , the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and good size too. The location is superb !
We received a room with connecting door to the neighboring one , so we could hear our neighbor through the door, all the time . It was unfortunate for both sides, I guess.
Also, the hotel’s renovations made our stay a little less wonderful.

The room was lovely. Valet parking is great. Staff and cleanliness were really good.
I didn't mind the renovation going on at all. I'm sorry I didn't take advantage of a yoga class while there. Pool was nice too, though.

Room was nice, more movie channels would be nice. Valet Staff was very nice, one guy in particular, he is white, likely in his late 30's- early 40's. I explained to him that I had been on the road for days visiting multiple cities and I had A LOT of stuff in my car. He said he would park my car in the drop off area, so it was in a high traffic area to avoid any theft. All maintenance and housekeeping staff were also friendly.
After hours of driving on my solo trip, I arrived to have to push the luggage cart up a ramp then outside to another building, up the elevator, to the far end of that building. Maneuvering the luggage cart alone the long distance to my room alone was a bit of a workout, not what I would consider starting a relaxing vacation. Another guest told me an older person fell on the ramp; I could see this happening as it is a hazard for an elderly or weaker person especially with luggage. There was construction, the luggage carts had to be lifted over the hoses. I said to another guest a few doors down from my room. "You get a workout when you stay here" she agreed. No ice machine on my room floor, that was another inconvenience and the valet fee per day is excessive. This hotel will make your car easily accessible for a premium, but my room location DEFINATELY was not!
