The hotel was close to the venue where we attended an event.

The service at the bar, they were not attentive to our needs. We waited for 20 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were there. Then went to a customer who just arrived completely ignoring us. A simple may I help whose next could’ve resolved the confusion.
