We had a couch with a separate tv.
The first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned.

The condo style unit. Liked having a full kitchen. The bed was comfy. We did t take advantage of the fireplace, but it also is a nice touch! From the check in counter to the kitchen attendant, all personnel were great!
Unfortunately, the one morning we had breakfast, it was cold. Cold eggs and sausage wasn’t great, but we could tell there was some quality ingredients.

Location and price were good for us. The beds were comfortable. We got in late and we were very tired. Alexandria was working in reception she was so friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond by coming outside to make sure that we found a place to park and found our room.
The dresser drawers would not stay closed. The floor was dirty in the room.

It was close to getting on and off the freeway for the balloon festival. They had grab and go breakfast bags since we had to leave earlier than the breakfast.
Not enough handicap parking spaces and they aren't close enough to the rooms. The stove in our room was broken and we never heard from maintenance after we reported it the first day. The tub looks like it used to be equipped with a shower wand but isn't any longer for a person in a shower chair. I had to turn the shower on and off between washing and rinsing. There was a tiny sauce pan and huge pot but nothing in between for a pan of soup.
