Pool not clean

the breakfast was very good, fresh towels daily and the beds were comfy. that’s about it
the employees were generally unpleasant, other than who i assume is the manager. there were stains on linens, mold in the shower ceiling, our hair dryer smoked, the room smelled like mildew (so bad we bought room spray), the ice machines were broken. i was told i could do early check in for free and was still charged.
