Great location and friendly staff. Feels comfortable like home away from home. The steakhouse down stairs has the best steak I have ever had!

Excellent location... Everything was accessible and the staff was very polite.
Breakfast had very limited options and it was same every day. Also the price is slightly higher but guess that is because of the location so cannot complain. Room was OK for me and my daughter. You cannot accommodate a family in the room.

Very central location and only a few minutes from Times Square and so many of the theaters.

Location was great
Stayed here 6 years ago and it has changed a lot. The pillows were hard as a rock. No water available in the snack area. The breakfast was horrible. They really need to modernize the room.
