The location was a positive. A few blocks from lower Duval Street; Quieter area but within walking distance of a few must see attractions. Close to one of the Hop on/Hop off Trolly stops. On-site parking was a positive also. Fairly good breakfast. East check-in. Comfortable bed.
The property was rather old which showed in the worn furnishings and the overall look of the room, buildings and pool. A lot of the property “fixes” were held together with caulk. Speaking of our room specifically, it was not particularly clean when we checked in. Hair in the sink & shower. No refills of toilet tissue or tissues or extra towels. The bathroom sink was clogged. My husband wasn’t feeling well when we checked in, so we stayed. Wish we hadn’t.
