Staff were excellent and helped out in every possible way. Clean and neat.

Good location, within walking distance of downtown. Everything inside was super nice! Staff at the desk we're extremely welcoming and warm when I arrived. The room was great, it even had black out curtains so I could get some very good needed rest.
Despite the room being great, the bed it's self was a bit uncomfortable. Needed to put extra pillows against my back when sleeping and it was fine.

Beautiful!! spacious and top notch quality furnishings. had a living room and bedroom, beautiful bathroom, pull out sofa bed and a desk. There was even a hidden microwave and fridge in the cabinet under the TV! There were two tvs as well, and a super essential full length mirror

The front office staff was amazing
No wash cloths in room. Only two towels and no bath mat for shower getting out area. The toilet was gurgling all night. No bags in the trash can. Sheets and bedspread upon arrival were dirty and had hair in them!!! . The bathroom wall by shower appeared to have wallpaper that was peeling off. Staff was out front which we were facing the entrance were very loud around 11:30 pm. Couldn’t sleep well due to this. They were chatting with each other laughing etc VERY LOUD
