As expected, nice room, reasonable breakfast, good location, big supermarket few steps away.
Receptionist was not so professional, we had to ask everything

They are renovating the exterior. It was clean and well-cared for inside. The breakfast was good and the attendant(s) were attentive.
The exterior was being renovated and they started working on it about 8:00am. It was a little on the pricey side. They need a hot tub to go with their pool.

It was close to LL Bean.
Our room felt crowded. The pool did’t seem clean and it was worn.
