Desk staff and shuttle driver we're great
Our room had multiple issues. Carpet stains everywhere. Cracked tiles. Several maintenance issues. Hall flooring on way to elevator was not level and spongy. Outlet where AC plugged in was awful sketchy and looked like a fire hazard. Room above apparently had a water leak at on time as several places of the popcorn ceiling was coming off. The bathroom is in need of a reputable contractor. We wouldn't even shower here. If every room looks like this, it most likely should be closed until repairs and upgrades are done. I'd appreciate some type of credit back.
