the room was very comfortable, had a microwave (which was essential to us), the staff was amazing very professional, exceptional, and understanding.

The breakfast was good, the AC was cold, bed was comfortable, shower ran great.
The room was extremely narrow. It was hard to walk from one side of the room to the other without having to clear the aisle. Also, maneuvering in and out of the elevator - very narrow. Our toilet stopped flushing twice and my husband had to access the tank to jiggle the mechanism to get it to flush.

They had everything ready to go and we were 30 minutes early.
Housekeeping never came to the room. We had a dog but I even told them the dog is locked up in the kennel and they still didn't go in there to change the trash bag or bring us towels. I had to go to the front desk and get all those things and do it myself.
