Hyatt facilities are usually very good and pleasant. Except for the location in Galleria the property is not impressive.
The carpets in the room and even the common areas needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bar is not in a pleasant place to sit and enjoy.

Its location.
Didn’t like the fact you had to pay for self parking.

The breakfast was okay. It could have been better with some bacon and real eggs. Having it available was good. It is always good to stay where you can get breakfast for no additional charge.
The room service did not come to give us towels we had to ask. Our bathroom door did not close. We reported it and they said they would send someone and they never came. There was also a lot of walking because only one elevator worked.
